The mother of a kindergarten student has been accused of dropping 29 bags of fentanyl in the parking lot of a Catholic grade school in Drexel Hill while picking up her son last week, police said.

Dollinda Williams, 29, of the 1700 block of South Edgewood Street in Philadelphia, turned herself in to police with her lawyer on Tuesday and was released on signature bail following her arraignment, Upper Darby Police Superintendent Michael Chitwood said. She was charged with possession of a controlled substance and recklessly endangering another person
