CLIFTON HEIGHTS>> A local businessman is proposing to the Upper Darby School District a plan that would give them a new school building and bring back students into the district.

Jim Duffy presented the board of school directors the option of buying his five-story, 100,000 sq. ft. business complex in Clifton Heights called Rockbourne Falls Business Center which can house up to 550 elementary-level students in approximately 30 classrooms on two currently vacant floors within the center.

Duffy is asking for $30 million for the building.
